Hana Financial launches financial consumer protection charter
Hana Financial Group on Wednesday held a launch ceremony for a financial consumer protection charter and said it would upgrade its management system to carry out consumer protection across the group. The event was attended by Chairman Ham Young-joo (함영주), affiliate CEOs, CCOs and employees. The charter includes five core tasks such as a prevention-focused system, putting consumer interests first, swift and fair complaint resolution, transparent communication and expanded support and financial education.

iM Financial holds rally to pledge management goals and consumer protection
iM Financial Group said it held a 2026 rally on Jan. 26 at its iM Financial Center in central Seoul, attended by CEOs and executives of all affiliates, to pledge the achievement of management performance targets and the practice of financial consumer protection.
