AI seen creating new entry-level jobs as 94 percent of U.S. HR managers forecast new roles
Corporate HR leaders are more likely to expect new entry-level roles to emerge within five years despite concerns AI will cut junior jobs, a survey found. In a joint poll by Cognizant and Pearson, 94 percent of HR managers said AI would create entirely new entry-level positions, while 96 percent expected junior work to shift toward supervision and managing AI systems. Demand for AI training has risen, but organisational provision remains limited.

Rubrik launches security product for Anthropic\'s Claude Code and Cowork with \'Agent Rewind\'
Data security company Rubrik has launched Agent Cloud, a security service dedicated to Anthropic\'s Claude Code and Claude Cowork, SiliconANGLE reported. Unveiled at the Rubrik Forward conference in Las Vegas, the product includes four core functions: a semantic AI governance engine called SAGE, an agent inventory, Agent Rewind to roll back unintended agent actions, and Codebase Resilience for repository recovery. Rubrik also signed partnerships with six global systems integrators.
