Korea Credit Data\'s small business management service Cashnote has launched an AI review management service featuring malicious review detection and reply recommendations. The company said it added an AI comment-management function tailored for small merchants. The service was developed to reduce the burden of managing reviews on delivery platforms and map services. Cashnote\'s AI filters negative reviews, analyzes sentiment in five levels and provides reply examples in four tones, with daily alerts.

Korea Credit Data launches \'Cashnote Store Transactions\'
Korea Credit Data said on Tuesday it launched a store transaction service, \'Cashnote Store Transactions.\' The company said store transactions have faced information asymmetry because key operating data such as sales, number of regular customers and cost structures were hard to verify. The service allows store information to be registered based on operating indicators including actual sales and reviews. Users can search listings by conditions such as region and sector and receive recommendations.

Finance service developers test Amazon AI coding tool Kiro to fix outages
Amazon Web Services on April 10 held an AI-focused hackathon for finance industry participants, AWS GameDay 2026 for financial companies. KakaoBank’s Kiki404 team won for a second straight year. The competition used scenario-based missions in a sandbox environment, including application outage recovery and modernising legacy Java code. Participants used Amazon Q Developer and Kiro. A total of 96 people from 24 financial firms took part.
