[Digital Today reporter Ji-young Lee (이지영)] Korea Credit Data's small business management service Cashnote has introduced an AI review management service featuring malicious review detection and reply recommendations.

Korea Credit Data said on Wednesday it added an AI comment-management function tailored for small merchants to Cashnote.

The service was developed to reduce the burden of managing reviews on delivery platforms and map services. It reflects that reviews have recently had a bigger impact on store sales, while self-employed business owners find it hard to check and respond to negative reviews in real time while working.

Cashnote's AI selects reviews containing negative content from collected reviews and recommends tailored reply phrases when a response is needed.

It also analyzes negative sentiment in five levels, from mild disappointment to strong dissatisfaction. It then provides reply examples in four tones depending on the review content, and business owners can choose the wording they want and post it directly on the platform.

The service selects negative reviews from those collected on the day at a set time each day and provides them as notifications. It also provides recommended replies to support immediate responses.

Korea Credit Data expects the feature will also help reduce emotional strain for small business owners.

Ahn Tae-hoon (안태훈), head of product at Korea Credit Data, said, "Cashnote is used by 2,200,000 business locations and has accumulated small business data." He added, "We will continue to expand AI services that help with real management."
