Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, said on Tuesday it will run the "2026 Boss Success Support Event" to help small business owners manage their businesses to mark the New Year.
The event is held with small business management service Cashnote. It is the second campaign under the "Upbit Cheer Up!" project that started late last year.
Members who newly sign up for Upbit and complete customer verification (KYC) will receive bitcoin (BTC) worth 50,000 won and a one-month free CashnotePlus Standard membership voucher worth about 33,000 won.
Benefits are also available for existing Upbit members. Existing Upbit members who have no history of using CashnotePlus membership will receive two months of free membership.
An Upbit official said, "We prepared this event in hopes it will be of even small help to small business owners," and added, "We will continue projects that can add positive change across society."
