Shinhan Bank expands finance touchpoints for younger generations with characters

Shinhan Bank is expanding brand touchpoints with younger generations through an experiential space combining characters with artificial intelligence and augmented reality. The bank said it is taking part in the Character Licensing Fair 2026 at COEX in Seoul through July 19, operating a brand space using its Shinhan Friends characters. Visitors can try interactive programs including mobile games, AI character and badge creation, and augmented reality filming, and buy character goods.
