CJ Olive Networks said on Feb. 19 it has supplied the marketing automation CRM solution Braze to e-commerce platform 11st for its web and mobile app. The company said 11st can now deliver optimised messages to individuals based on customers’ shopping history and usage patterns, reducing fatigue from random marketing messages and enabling more precise communication. It added that campaign performance can be tracked in real time via dashboards and that predictive AI models can be applied to anticipate customer responses.
