CJ Olive Networks said on Feb. 19 it has supplied the marketing automation CRM solution Braze to e-commerce platform 11st for its web and mobile app.
CJ Olive Networks said the project will allow 11st to deliver optimised messages to individuals based on customers’ shopping history and usage patterns. It said this can reduce customer fatigue caused by sending random marketing messages and enable more precise communication, including providing information based on customer-tailored interests and the platform’s usage environment.
Campaign performance can be checked in real time through a dashboard without specialised data knowledge, enabling the identification of areas for improvement as well as the establishment of more effective marketing strategies. It is also possible to run proactive campaigns by applying data-based results and Braze’s predictive AI models to forecast customer responses.
Nam Seung-woo (남승우), head of the AX Solution Business Division at CJ Olive Networks, said the introduction of the solution at 11st has created an environment to analyse user data in real time and run personalised communications.
