South Korea to hold talks with budget mobile operators on \'Budget Mobile 2.0\' rollout
South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT will meet budget mobile operators on Sept. 30 in Seoul to discuss ways to revitalise the market and follow up on its \'Budget Mobile 2.0\' measures. The ministry plans to review on-the-ground effects of the policy and hear industry difficulties and additional reform needs. Agenda items are expected to include wholesale network fees, data-provision terms, subscriber acquisition and profitability improvements.
