Gap teams up with Google Gemini to add payments inside AI platform
Gap is introducing a system that will allow customers to buy and pay for products directly inside Google\'s Gemini AI platform through a partnership with Google. The company said it is the first attempt by a fashion company. Customers will search for Gap products in Gemini and complete purchases in the platform if the AI recommends an item. Payments will be processed via Google Pay and Gap will handle delivery.
