Gobao unveils \'X\' next-generation e-bike platform with 20-minute charging, AI automatic shifting
Gobao unveiled its next-generation electric bicycle platform, X, integrating a motor, gearbox and AI software into a single system. The company is promoting ultra-fast charging that can take a 750Wh battery from 10 percent to 80 percent in about 20 minutes and an AI-based automatic, continuously variable electronic shifting system. The platform comes in two models, X1 and X1P, and is designed for multiple bike types. Mass production is planned from February 2027.

Nukeproof unveils Kilowatt e-MTB platform with Avinox drivetrain
Bicycle maker Nukeproof has unveiled its new Kilowatt electric mountain bike platform fitted with the Avinox e-bike drivetrain. The line will come in four models, with two alloy and two carbon versions, priced from 3,999 pounds to 7,999 pounds. It features 160 mm front and 150 mm rear travel, supports a mullet wheel setup and can switch to full 29-inch wheels. Most models use an 800 Wh battery and the Avinox M2S motor.

Estarli unveils Longtail 2.0 electric cargo bike with up to 250 kg payload
British electric bicycle company Estarli has unveiled its new electric cargo bike, the Longtail 2.0, and significantly increased its carrying capacity. The model targets multipurpose demand spanning family transport, grocery runs, commuting and everyday logistics. Estarli raised the maximum payload to 250 kg from 210 kg and added a low-step frame, standard family accessories and expanded storage options, while keeping the drivetrain and optional security service.
