Bitcoin Suisse secures Abu Dhabi licence, targets UAE institutions
Financial firm Bitcoin Suisse has obtained a financial services permit from Abu Dhabi Global Market, allowing it to offer regulated digital asset services in the United Arab Emirates. The licence was granted to group subsidiary BTCS Middle East, enabling it to serve institutional and professional investors. The approval follows a multi-stage process with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The company said it will provide custody, trading and exposure management services and may support access to tokenised real-world assets.

Plume wins Bermuda regulator licence to run institutional digital asset investment products
Plume Network’s unit Kimber Digital Asset Bermuda has obtained a Class M digital asset business licence from the Bermuda Monetary Authority, it said. The Class M licence is granted with conditions tailored to a specific model, scale and risk for a limited period and scope. The approval allows the unit to design investment policies, manage assets, and issue and distribute equity tokens under BMA supervision.

OpenEden launches tokenised product linked to BNY Investments high-yield bond strategy
Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platform OpenEden launched HYBOND, its first tokenised product linked to a high-yield bond strategy managed by BNY Investments. The token is designed to provide 1-to-1 exposure to BNY Investments\' Global Short-Dated High-Yield Bond strategy, with BNY Investments managing the underlying assets. OpenEden said the launch expands options beyond cash-like assets and Treasury bonds to products with an early credit-risk return structure.
