Baemin holds back-to-back in-house tech conference and startup hackathon
Baemin held an in-house technology conference and a youth entrepreneurship hackathon on consecutive days to strengthen internal capabilities and support startups. Operator Woowa Brothers held Woowahan Tech Day on July 9, its first internal tech conference, with 24 presentation sessions and two discussion sessions. On July 10 it ran Woowahan Baton, a compressed-format hackathon involving 11 teams and 45 participants. The company plans follow-up programmes with the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation.

LG CNS to pursue humanoid deployment at LX Pantos Cheongna logistics center
LG CNS said on June 11 it signed a memorandum of understanding with logistics company LX Pantos to build a robot-based next-generation smart logistics system. The companies plan to build an automation system at LX Pantos\' Mega Wise Cheongna logistics center, linking humanoid and shuttle robots and verifying end-to-end automation from picking to sorting and shipment. They will use LG CNS platforms for robot training and operations and deploy robots from Dexmate and LG CNS.

SOOP rolls out AI that learns streamers\' speech and style to enable 24/7 interaction
An AI-based \"virtual manager\" has been introduced to the live streaming ecosystem. SOOP said on June 9 it unveiled a beta version of its SARSA 2.0 AI manager service to support streamers\' broadcast operation and user communication. The update focuses on continuity, allowing streams to continue even when a streamer is away or asleep. SARSA 2.0 learns from VOD and broadcast data to recreate a streamer’s tone and atmosphere and interact with viewers.
