LG CNS unveils \'Physicalworks\' RX platform, says it will build robot-led operating system
LG CNS unveiled its robot transformation (RX) platform brand, Physicalworks, integrating robot training and operations. At an RX media day in Seoul, CEO Shin Kyun-hyun (현신균) said the company would combine full-stack capabilities from training to deployment and operations to set a new standard for commercialising physical AI. The platform supports the full robot lifecycle and consists of Forge for training and Baton for operations and monitoring.

John Turnus to take over as Apple CEO ahead of peak season, raising questions over timing
Apple will formally appoint John Turnus as its new chief executive officer on Sept. 1, placing the leadership change just ahead of the annual September product event and the year-end peak sales season. Major South Korean game companies plan to attack global markets in the first quarter with new titles across shooting, strategy, MMORPG, action RPG and casual genres, aiming to expand market share by catering to different user tastes. KRAFTON and JoyCity launch on Feb. 5, while NCSOFT follows with a Lineage classic service on Feb. 7. March brings Pearl Abyss’ open-world action RPG, Netmarble’s multi open-world title and Kakao Games’ fandom-style puzzle game.
