Hana Bank to expand bespoke services for ultra high net worth clients with Banyan Tree Seoul

Hana Bank is partnering with Banyan Tree Seoul to expand premium lifestyle services for ultra high net worth clients. The bank plans to extend its finance-centred wealth management into non-financial areas such as hotels, dining, wellness and culture, and to develop tailored programmes that also consider family members. Hana Bank said it signed an MOU with Able Hyundai Hotel & Resort, which operates Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul.

Kakao Mobility steps up shift into robotics company

Kakao Mobility is accelerating a shift beyond mobility platforms toward robotics, with CEO Ryoo Geung-seon (류긍선) declaring a push to lead the physical AI era and secure technology sovereignty. The company says its data, mapping and road network information, operational standardisation and infrastructure can underpin robotics. It has built a commercial robot delivery model with Robotis at premium hotels and is expanding partnerships. Kakao Mobility is also strengthening autonomous driving capabilities.
