Hana Bank is joining hands with Banyan Tree Seoul to expand premium lifestyle services for ultra high net worth clients. It plans to broaden its existing finance-centred wealth management services into non-financial areas such as hotels, dining, wellness and culture. It also plans to prepare tailored programmes that take family members into account.

Hana Bank said on Oct. 27 that it signed a business agreement, or MOU, on Oct. 26 with Able Hyundai Hotel & Resort, which operates Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul, to strengthen premium lifestyle services for ultra high net worth clients.

The agreement is 추진됐다 to provide premium services that customers and their families can enjoy together, in addition to managing financial assets. Hana Bank explained that ultra high net worth clients have recently been placing importance on differentiated services in non-financial areas such as dining, culture and art, and wellness, beyond wealth management centred on financial products.

Hana Bank plans to link the comprehensive wealth management consulting capabilities of its family office with Banyan Tree Seoul's hotel, dining and wellness facilities to build a client-only management programme.

Key areas of cooperation are discovering new services, including holding private seminars, jointly planning content, revitalising customer networks of both companies, and family-tailored partnership programmes.

It particularly plans to expand existing programmes focused on individuals into services that consider all family members. Through this, it aims to provide tailored family management services to ultra high net worth clients who need family-based wealth management.

A Hana Bank official said, "With this agreement as a momentum, we will cooperate with Banyan Tree Seoul to further strengthen Hana Bank's own differentiated customer experience."
