MetaBora Games to come under Ludicnova, Kakao Games and LINE Games set to join
The BORA ecosystem is shifting to a joint consultative decision-making structure in which multiple game and content companies discuss key business directions together. The BORA team said the shareholder of MetaBora Games, the ecosystem operator and token issuer, will change from MetaBora to Ludicnova Holdings. Kakao Games and LINE Games are expected to participate, with a total of 4 to 6 companies. The change will not affect existing BORA tokens or tokenomics.

The update revamps quest functions to expand game integration and adds mission-type content tied to actual play. Users can earn rewards by completing quests aligned with gameplay. It also introduces Deeps Mini Games that run in-platform without separate installation and a scratch feature allowing points to be used like raffle-style events.
