KT says Genie TV evolves into conversational platform with AI agent
KT said on Jan. 29 that Genie TV is evolving into a next-generation AI platform that can freely converse with people after applying an AI agent. The company said the core technology is a Media Agent designed around a Master Agent and Sub Agents. Genie TV supports multi-turn dialogue, with voice recognition improved to more than 95 percent. It also uses short- and long-term memory and a multi-LLM strategy using Azure OpenAI Service and GPT-4o-based SOTA K.
