Nokia to sell enterprise campus edge business to private equity firm Aurelius
Nokia has agreed to sell its enterprise campus edge (ECE) business to private equity firm Aurelius, Reuters reported on Oct. 13. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2027. Nokia confirmed the plan in a statement but did not disclose the sale price. Nokia said the deal is part of efforts to streamline its portfolio and focus capital and resources on areas that can deliver the greatest long-term value.
