ServiceNow unveils six autonomous security products, from vulnerability response to compliance
ServiceNow has unveiled six autonomous security products and an AI security agent lineup following its acquisitions of Armis and Vectra. The products are designed to carry processes such as vulnerability handling and incident response through to closure without analysts needing to intervene at every step. ServiceNow said it integrated the two companies into its Autonomous Security and Risk portfolio in May and expanded it with the new offerings.

Tech Insight: LLM-built enterprise software to cost 10 times more than existing platforms
ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott (빌 맥더멋) said many companies are excited about large language models, but the real driver of business value is workflow that puts them into action. He warned that trying to replicate existing enterprise platforms with language models would cost more than 10 times as much due to GPU factory buildouts and token costs. He said AI and workflow platforms have distinct roles and highlighted a shift toward an “agentic business.”

ServiceNow acquires Traceloop to close gaps in AI governance
Cloud software company ServiceNow has acquired Israeli startup Traceloop, known for AI agent technology. The purchase price was not disclosed, but Israeli media outlet Calcalist estimated it at $60 million to $80 million. Traceloop offers technology based on its open-source OpenLLMetry project to improve AI agent performance, automate evaluation and help developers detect issues early, track model behaviour in production and deploy fixes with higher confidence.
