ServiceNow has signed a three-year agreement with OpenAI as part of efforts to strengthen its AI software stack, CNBC reported on Jan. 20.
Under the deal, ServiceNow plans to integrate GPT-5.2 into its enterprise workflow platform. It is also developing AI voice technology.
ServiceNow President Amit Zavery (아밋 자베리) stressed that combining the two companies’ engineering teams and technology would provide customers with value faster. The contract’s specific amount was not disclosed.
ServiceNow has recently been strengthening its AI-focused corporate strategy. Last month it acquired cybersecurity startup Armis for $8 billion and also bought identity security platform Veza. Last year it acquired MoveWorks for $3 billion to strengthen its position in the AI agent sector.
