New book asks what remains human in the age of AI
Angle Books released on Sept. 16 a book titled \"How Should We Live\" that it describes as directly asking what humans remain in the face of AI. Author Lee Young-hwan (이영환), an emeritus professor of economics at Dongguk University, assigns an AI the name and personality “Spirity” and holds months-long dialogues on relationships with self, others and the world. He argues consciousness, empathy and reflection on death are beyond AI’s calculation.
