Ripple\'s RLUSD market cap up more than $1 billion this year, ranks third in growth speed

Ripple’s dollar-pegged stablecoin RLUSD has increased its market capitalisation by more than $1 billion this year, ranking as the third-fastest growing stablecoin. Data cited by The Crypto Basic showed RLUSD’s market-cap increase at $1.07 billion, behind only Tether’s USDT and Anchorage’s USDGO. RLUSD’s market cap has risen to about $2.42 billion, with supply split between Ethereum and the XRP Ledger. Net supply fell over the past week due to burns outweighing issuance.

Standard Chartered sets SKY token target at $0.325, sees fivefold rise by end-2028

Standard Chartered forecast Sky’s governance token SKY could rise about fivefold to $0.325 by the end of 2028. The bank’s research note set a base price of $0.065 and provided annual targets through 2028, citing expansion of the Sky ecosystem and growth in USDS issuance. It also highlighted agent-based borrowing, stablecoin supply trends and value transfer to holders via staking rewards and buybacks, while noting risks if growth slows.
