System marketers draw attention for small online retailers stuck in marketing blind spots
Opening an online store and waiting for customers is not enough to grow quickly, leaving many small operators in a marketing blind spot. A government survey in March 2024 found promotion and marketing was founders’ top business difficulty at 50.5 percent. Cafe24 has launched its Pro service, which applies data and expert strategies across major ad platforms and adds onsite CRM tools such as AlphaPush to boost conversion.
