Enyai partners with SK Networks Service to build nationwide maintenance network for AI cooking robots

AI cooking robot company Enyai said on Wednesday it has signed a partnership with SK Networks Service to cooperate on installation and maintenance services as part of building a nationwide operating support system. Enyai will connect its on-site Alpha Grill Single units to a cloud system to monitor equipment status and respond remotely when possible. For issues requiring visits, SK Networks Service will use 20 service bases and technical staff.

Eniai raises $4 million from KDB to speed U.S. push with AI cooking robot

Robot kitchen startup Eniai said on Tuesday it raised $4 million in a pre-Series A bridge investment from Korea Development Bank (KDB). The funding brings Eniai\'s cumulative investment to $19 million. The company plans to speed its push into the U.S. market. Eniai is accelerating commercialisation of its Alpha Grill cooking robot, with equipment installed at burger chain TFS and Korean ssam restaurant The SSam, and it is running pilot tests with a global fast-food company.
