AI cooking robot company Enyai said on Wednesday it has signed a partnership with SK Networks Service to cooperate on cooking robot installation and maintenance services as part of building a nationwide operating support system.

Enyai will connect its on-site “Alpha Grill Single” units to a cloud system to check equipment status. When abnormalities are detected, it will diagnose the cause and respond immediately by remote means for issues that can be resolved without dispatching staff.

Under the partnership, when an on-site visit is required, SK Networks Service will use its 20 service bases nationwide and its specialist technical staff. The two companies plan to link field services from installation through regular inspections and parts replacement to speed up response times and support customers in operating cooking robots stably.

Kyung-mok Kim (김경목), vice president of Enyai, said customers considering adopting cooking robots see not only product performance but also how quickly they can receive after-sales management following installation as a key criterion. He said the partnership links Enyai’s cloud-based robot care service with SK Networks Service’s nationwide field service infrastructure, creating a foundation to provide a consistent level of service regardless of region or store environment.
