Salesforce launches \'Agentforce Operations\' AI for back office automation
Salesforce has launched an AI system for back office automation called Agentforce Operations, SiliconANGLE reported on Tuesday. The system is designed to let AI agents understand company culture, business logic, security, workforce roles and corporate data, then build and maintain automated workflows. It adapts to backend changes, complies with security audits and compliance requirements, and alerts staff when major changes occur. Salesforce developed it based on its acquisition of Regrello.
