ITCEN Group rolls out agentic AI CENI 3.0 companywide, shares results

ITCEN Group has adopted companywide CENI 3.0, an updated version of its in-house, task-focused AI assistant, to accelerate productivity innovation based on agentic AI, it said on Sunday. The company said CENI includes 25 AI agents covering functions such as HR, administration, finance, legal affairs and market analysis. It runs integrated with an internal collaboration portal and the Microsoft 365 platform. ITCEN said meeting coordination and email drafting time fell from an average of 10 minutes to 1 minute.

ITCEN Group highlights enterprise AI full-stack strategy at Smart Tech Korea 2026

ITCEN Group will take part in the Smart Tech Korea 2026 exhibition at Seoul\'s COEX from June 10 to 12 to introduce AI governance and infrastructure architecture. The group will raise questions about controlling indiscriminate adoption of agents and surging costs. ITCEN Group will set up a joint exhibition booth with its affiliates at the 2026 World IT Show (WIS 2026), hosted by South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT from April 22 to 24, to showcase enterprise AI solutions. It will introduce ITCEN CloIT\'s AgentGo 2026 platform and an AI Security Innovation Center featuring agentic AI technology developed with Palo Alto Networks, based on real cyberattack scenarios.
