ITCEN CLOIT said on Sunday it signed a memorandum of understanding with AI technology specialist Upstage for business cooperation based on generative AI models and an agent platform.
The agreement aims to combine ITCEN CLOIT’s cloud-native AI agent platform technology with Upstage’s large language model capabilities to advance agentic AI services and move first in the public, finance and enterprise markets.
Under the partnership, the companies will work broadly on discovering business models that combine Upstage’s generative AI models, including Solar and Document AI, with ITCEN CLOIT’s AI agent platform, including AgentGo 2026. They will also draw up and execute a joint go-to-market strategy to target the public, finance and enterprise markets. The partners will provide technical support and share sales networks for entry into global markets including Japan.
ITCEN CLOIT will integrate Upstage’s high-performance LLM Solar into its AI agent platform AgentGo 2026 to strengthen its competitiveness in agentic AI, where systems make decisions and carry out tasks on their own. The companies plan to jointly develop and supply customized agent services optimized for the public and finance markets, which require high security and data accuracy.
For global expansion, the companies will also speed up cooperation on overseas business, including the Japanese market. They aim to jointly respond to demand for digital transformation in Japan using their technologies and local networks and generate tangible global business results.
ITCEN CLOIT Chief Executive Woo-sung Kim (김우성) said cooperation with Upstage will help raise ITCEN CLOIT’s competitiveness in its platform business. He said the companies will focus on the public, finance and enterprise markets with agentic AI technology that combines their strengths and will quickly expand their influence in global markets including Japan.
