Huawei says AI agents to account for over 90 percent of global AI token traffic by 2035
Huawei forecast that autonomous AI agents will account for more than 90 percent of global AI token traffic by 2035 and that annual token consumption will rise 100,000-fold from current levels. It said the spread of AI agents would sharply boost demand for computing and network infrastructure. Huawei also projected about 900 billion AI agents would be operating worldwide by 2035 and outlined 10 key technology directions to support them.

Bithumb has launched a new service, Bithumb AI, that uses artificial intelligence to analyse digital asset market trends and information on individual tokens. The service consists of four features: AI Token Signal, AI Token Analysis, AI Daily Market Briefing and AI Recommended Questions. AI Token Signal analyses six key technical and social indicators hourly, while AI Token Analysis generates reports using price, volume, on-chain data and community reactions.

AI token price index hits record low amid intensifying competition
A key benchmark tracking prices for AI tokens hit a record low this week, a sign that the downtrend is continuing as competition intensifies in the AI industry, CNBC reported. SiliconData’s LLM Token Spend Index fell to 97 cents on Aug. 31, its lowest level since the index was launched late last year and more than halved from a summer peak. Falling token prices reduce chatbot costs but can weaken developers’ pricing power.
