Hana Bank rolls out AI-based intelligent loan review system to all branches
Hana Bank said on Tuesday it has developed an in-house generative AI-based system that automatically drafts corporate credit review opinions and has rolled it out to all branches. The bank said the system automates writing of overall credit assessment opinions in corporate loan reviews, sharply reducing time and boosting productivity. It said the tool can generate drafts in about 10 seconds, from more than 30 minutes previously, and it expects annual savings of more than 27,000 work hours.
