LG Uplus to show agentic AI consulting bot at AXIS 2026
LG Uplus said on Monday it will showcase an AI contact centre (AICC) solution at AXIS 2026 in Seoul that links the entire customer service operation with AI. The company will introduce core technologies including an AI orchestration engine that analyses customer utterances and context and connects suitable AI agents, knowledge and functions. It will also demonstrate an agentic AI consulting bot, automated agent development and validation, real-time advisor tools, and post-call quality and voice-of-customer analysis.
