SKT speeds up AX innovation with in-house rollout of A.Dot Biz Cowork
SK Telecom is accelerating AI transformation, or AX, by applying the beta version of its AI agent service A.Dot Biz Cowork internally, it said on May 28. The tool is designed to learn employees’ work methods and automate routines, including planning tasks, writing code and verifying results. SKT also updated its companywide AX management platform AXMS to version 1.5 and plans to make its AX Challenge hackathon a regular event.

SK Broadband to train all employees as AI specialists
SK Broadband said on Sunday it has set its 2026 organisational culture keywords as \"Working with AI\" and \"Dynamic SKB\" and will strengthen capabilities to turn all employees into AI specialists. The company said it will treat this year as the first year of \"AI transformation\" innovation, linking AI adoption to work results. It will run the \"AI Agent Lab\" training programme and aims to raise \"AI performers\" to 400 employees by October.

SK Telecom strengthens practical security response manual, updates information protection guidelines
SK Telecom said on Feb. 2 it will upgrade a range of security-related areas by shifting to practical security governance and continuing security innovation in response to rising cyber threats. It updated 17 information protection processing guidelines by incorporating ISO27002 into its ISO27001-based framework, and added RACI role definitions and incident runbooks. It also expanded partner security requirements, introduced security schedules in contracts and systemised compliance pledges for infrastructure partners.
