More than half of bitcoin in circulation held at a loss; K33 calls it a historical bottom signal

More than half of bitcoin in circulation is now being held at a loss, an analysis said, suggesting the cycle’s bottom may be near. Digital asset broker K33 said the metric has often been used as a late-stage bear-market signal, with bottoms typically forming within weeks, though 2014 was an exception. K33 also warned this cycle could differ due to major sellers such as spot bitcoin ETF holders, as fund flows remain mixed.

XRP down 72 percent in a year; analyst says it resembles past rally pattern

XRP is moving back toward a key support area on long-term technical indicators, an analyst said. ChartNerd said XRP is again approaching the upper regression line of a three-month Gaussian channel after a recent decline. He said similar tests in 2017, 2020 and 2023 were followed by strong advances, and a comparable move could occur in 2026. He also cited ongoing selling pressure signals and said no indicator can predict prices with certainty.
