Superfast, an IP-based culture-tech company and holding firm of 111percent, is partnering with Loud Corporation to expand a global IP ecosystem. Superfast said on Feb. 26 it signed a strategic partnership to jointly develop and commercialise IP. The two will co-design new original IP that considers games and K-culture elements and build an integrated pipeline covering planning, production, investment, platform expansion and distribution. Superfast will also participate as Loud Corporation’s third-largest shareholder through a strategic investment.
