Wises IT Tech, an end-to-end AI and data platform company, said it won the National Information Society Agency’s 2026 project to operate and maintain the data management foundation. The company said it will carry out the work for a seventh consecutive year, having performed it since 2020 after completing first- and second-phase government-wide data platform 구축 projects in 2018 and 2019. The 2026 project runs from January through December and is worth about 2.69 billion won.

KINX said on Tuesday it signed a strategic partnership with Clastix, a global Kubernetes solution company. The companies will begin with technical cooperation to integrate Clastix's Kamaji Kubernetes management solution with OpenStack and to enhance its features. The partnership has expanded to jointly pursue a go-to-market strategy for entering the South Korean market, spanning sales and marketing as well as product development. KINX said it already provides a multi-cloud Kubernetes management service using Kamaji in an OpenStack-based cloud environment.
