NH Investment Securities expands monitoring to executives' family accounts
NH Investment Securities said on Jan. 20 it will strengthen internal controls by including family accounts of all executives in its monitoring system. The firm previously registered and managed only family accounts of staff in units with a high risk of conflicts of interest, such as its investment banking division. Under the new steps, it will expand coverage and conduct sampling checks of reported accounts in the second half.

Foblgate releases Q4 2025 asset audit report, says it holds more than 100% of customer deposits
Foblgate said on Monday it holds 100.14% of assets relative to customer deposits, based on its fourth-quarter 2025 asset audit. The review covered all 68 types of digital assets it held as of 0000 on Jan. 1, 2026, the report said. The company said it can respond immediately to withdrawal requests. It added that more than 80% of assets are kept in cold wallets and that it complies with domestic digital-asset laws and financial regulators’ guidelines.

NYSE pushes tokenised securities trading platform for 24-hour stock trading
The New York Stock Exchange is seeking to launch a new trading platform that would enable 24-hour, year-round stock trading using blockchain technology. Intercontinental Exchange said NYSE has completed development of a platform for trading and settling tokenised securities and is seeking regulatory approval. Investors would be able to trade tokenised securities that can be exchanged for traditional stocks or ETFs, place orders by amount and receive real-time settlement.
