BTCC lists SpaceX-linked perpetual futures with up to 50 times leverage
Crypto exchange BTCC has launched a perpetual futures product linked to SpaceX pricing, listing the SPACEXUSDT contract in its tokenised stocks section with up to 50 times leverage. The move targets retail demand for exposure to major private companies. BTCC said early trading demand for traditional-market themed products has been strong and stressed SPACEXUSDT has sufficient liquidity. It is also running promotions, while warning that leverage can amplify both gains and losses.

Apple appoints Johny Srouji as head of hardware as Tim Cook successor lineup continues
Apple has appointed Johny Srouji as its top hardware executive, replacing John Ternus, in a move that takes effect immediately, The Verge reported. The reshuffle comes as Apple prepares for a leadership transition in September, when Ternus is set to become CEO and Tim Cook is to move to chairman. Cook praised Srouji’s role in Apple’s silicon strategy. Apple did not detail further organisational changes.

Spot demand and long-term holders support bitcoin as it eyes $90,000
Bitcoin is entering a phase in which the market is again testing the possibility of breaking above $90,000, as accumulation by long-term holders has risen by more than 10 percent over the past three trading days. It is trading around $76,000 after confirming resistance near $78,380 last week. Spot demand, rather than derivatives, is in focus, with open interest and funding rates moving toward neutral while on-chain indicators point to long-term holders absorbing supply.
