Albamon, a part-time job platform operated by Worksphear, won 4 awards for its 'Alba Tour' campaign at the 2026 Effie Awards Korea and the 2026 Busan International Marketing Advertising Festival (MAD STARS), it said on Aug. 31.
Albamon won silver at this year's Effie Awards Korea in the Social Value-Brand category and the Brand Content, Entertainment and Experiential Marketing category. At MAD STARS, it won silver in the Strategy Stars category and bronze in the Integrated Stars category. Alba Tour is a regional co-prosperity brand campaign Albamon introduced last November to coincide with the college entrance exam season.
The campaign video, under the slogan "Let's go, with Albamon," tells the story of an exam-taker who, after the college entrance exam ends, travels to a city known only through books and starts a first part-time job. Albamon plans to roll out various campaigns this year, too, for young people preparing to look for their first part-time job for the college entrance exam and winter season.
Jiwon Kim (김지원), Worksphear's chief growth officer, said, "We tried a campaign that creates new shared value with a differentiated message connecting young people, small business owners and local communities, and many people responded. It is meaningful that it led to the good result of winning 4 awards across the two ceremonies." She added, "As an industry-leading part-time job platform, we will continue campaigns that can set new standards in the market and demonstrate category leadership."
