ESTsoft said on Aug. 31 it plans to launch its personal AI assistant, RBiseo, in the second half of this year.
RBiseo is a personal AI agent offered as a PC-installed version and in app and web formats. It is being developed to support work and daily tasks based on users' file systems and information.
ESTsoft plans to apply to RBiseo its experience operating ALTools and the ZUM portal, along with technologies related to its agentic AI, Alan, and its AI human service, Perso Interactive.
The initial service will include Deep Research, which provides evidence-based answers, and Skill Wish Store, which links external applications.
The company also plans to provide public services that guide administrative procedures such as moving and key schedules, My Knowledge Encyclopedia, which learns users' personal information such as work and travel, and an AI human mode that supports medication-taking and daily life for older people.
It will start the service this year with a focus on chatbot functions. From next year, it will expand features to include multimodal generation, searches for specialised information such as patents, precedents and real estate, and AI human voice conversations.
ESTsoft aims to secure 10 million monthly active users by 2030, starting with the launch of RBiseo.
Chief Executive Sangwon Jeong (정상원) said, "We plan to introduce RBiseo in the second half of this year by combining our software operation experience and AI technology," and added, "We will develop it into a personal AI assistant that can be easily used in daily life."
