ASML Korea will start large-scale hiring to respond to rising customer support demand driven by expanded semiconductor production. ASML Korea said on Aug. 27 it will recruit hundreds of new graduates and experienced workers in the second half of 2026. Applications for entry-level recruitment will be accepted on its official recruitment site from Sept. 1 to 8.

The jobs include CS engineer roles for applicants with bachelor's degrees in science and engineering, and TSE and FAE roles for applicants with master's degrees or higher. CS engineers are split into FSEs, who handle equipment support, and UIR engineers, who take charge of installation and upgrades. Hiring will cover key sites including Hwaseong, Pyeongtaek, Cheongju and Icheon, and applications will be submitted through ASML's official recruitment site.

ASML Korea plans to conduct PT interviews and role-playing interviews to assess job fit by position. It is also expanding recruitment for experienced hires. It will hire hundreds of experienced candidates in key engineering roles such as FSE, TSE and FAE, centered on UIR roles responsible for equipment installation, relocation and upgrades.

It expanded the recruitment scope to experienced workers in advanced technology and engineering. ASML Korea explained that it expects technical expertise and problem-solving skills built across various industries to create value in semiconductor industry workplaces as well.

He added, "We hope that talent who will lead innovation in the global semiconductor industry can grow with ASML and demonstrate their capabilities."
