Hancom said on Monday it will apply its in-house 'Agentic OS' under development to Namyang Dairy’s business sites.
Hancom will deploy it in Namyang Dairy’s actual work environment and verify the impact on work innovation through a proof of concept (PoC).
The PoC will be conducted based on working-level data and workflows from Namyang Dairy’s business departments. Hancom plans to design AI agents optimized for Namyang Dairy’s work environment to support repetitive and standardized tasks, cutting processing time and raising on-site productivity.
The two companies will use the PoC results to specify applicable work areas and the direction of future cooperation. They plan to expand the scope of deployment in stages, starting with verified areas. Namyang Dairy also plans to speed up field-focused AX through the cooperation.
Hancom plans to closely analyze the process and effects of applying AI agents to actual work to further advance the Agentic OS and industry-specific agent models.
Kim Yeon-su (김연수), CEO of Hancom, said Hancom’s Agentic OS is an AI platform that fundamentally redesigns the corporate work environment. He said verifying applicability based on real corporate work environments and data and specifying industry-specific use models is very important ahead of an official launch. He added that the cooperation will refine tailored AI agent models for industries such as manufacturing and distribution and actively expand new business opportunities targeting large and mid-sized companies at home and abroad.
