Krafton said on Aug. 25 that 'Age Twister', a new title being developed by Piccolo Studio, has been nominated in the Most Wholesome category at the Gamescom Awards 2026.
The Gamescom Awards is a ceremony that selects category winners from all entries at the Gamescom game show. In the Most Wholesome category, where 'Age Twister' was nominated, the final winner is decided by combining judges’ evaluations and a Gamescom community vote. The results are scheduled to be announced on Aug. 28.
'Age Twister' is a two-player cooperative adventure game in which a grandfather and granddaughter set out on a journey. Two players each take on a character and play by cooperating.
The game introduces an age-shifting system that uses the Age Twister bracelet. Players can switch a character’s age across life stages from childhood to old age, and combine unique abilities for each age group to solve puzzles or face enemies.
Krafton will showcase a total of five new titles at Gamescom this year, including 'Age Twister', an undisclosed new title from PUBG Studio, 'NO LAW', 'Project Zeta' and 'Tarae: Unbound'. Visitors at Gamescom will be able to try 'Age Twister' at Krafton’s booth.
