ITCEN CTS said on Aug. 24 it has reached 100 million won in cumulative donations through “Sangsang Oneul,” a project it runs with the Youth Gruteogi Foundation to support young people preparing for independence.

ITCEN CTS said it has provided scholarships to 4 students since launching the program with the foundation in 2024. It added it has completed housing environment upgrades for 32 rooms at a self-reliance facility in Busan.

Along with the scholarships, ITCEN CTS also ran mentoring programs, including holiday gift deliveries and meetings with employees. It said the programs help young people experience corporate workplaces and a range of job roles and explore career paths.

The housing upgrade work was carried out at Minerva's House, a self-reliance facility in Busan. ITCEN CTS was named a Youth Gruteogi Foundation “Gruteogi Honors Partner” in recognition of these support results.

Doyoonhwan (도윤환), a manager in ITCEN CTS' human resources team, said, “We find it very meaningful to be able to be part of the process as young people preparing for independence get ready for their studies and career paths.” He said, “We hope this support will be a practical help for young people in preparing for independence and their future, and ITCEN CTS also sought to put into practice corporate social responsibility and the value of sharing through this activity.”
