Adobe said on Aug. 21 it has officially launched audio features for its all-in-one creative AI studio, Adobe Firefly.

The company said Adobe expanded Firefly’s creative AI capabilities with the official launch of the audio features, following June updates that added various creative functions to the Firefly AI assistant. It also previously unveiled Elements, which supports saving key elements of a project such as characters, locations and objects so they can be used consistently across multiple projects.

Firefly helps users create AI audio that can be used commercially across various creative workflows through its popular audio features: Generate Music, Generate Speech and Generate Sound Effects.

Generate Music creates original tracks covered by a universal licence, tailored to a video’s length and mood, based on the Firefly Music Model. This allows use without worries about takedowns.

Generate Speech is based on the Firefly Speech Model and also offers an ElevenLabs option.

Generate Sound Effects creates customised sound effects that match a content’s motion, timing and energy, based on the Firefly Audio Model.
