Briscanyoung Associates, a Remember headhunting group and executive headhunting company, said on Thursday it will launch a VC-only integrated leadership solution, VC Portfolio Talent Alpha, that links venture capital portfolio companies in advance with executives they will need in the future.

The company said the VC-focused integrated leadership solution comprises services including Portfolio Talent Radar, which continuously diagnoses leadership needs in line with the growth cycle and helps establish pre-emptive strategies; Founder Scaling Compact, which complements founders' capabilities and sets the rules for growth; and organisation and compensation design by stage of organisational growth.

Portfolio Talent Radar predicts and diagnoses in advance the key C-level roles companies backed by VCs will need 12 to 18 months later, supporting the establishment of a pre-emptive leadership strategy system.

Founder Scaling Compact helps build optimal leadership and systems needed by founders and organisations as they grow.
