Day1 Company steps into enterprise AX with DAY1 AI Deployment Company

As companies across a range of sectors move into enterprise AI transformation (AX) support, adult education content firm Day1 Company is stepping up its AX business, dubbed the DAY1 AI Deployment Company, to support corporate AI build-out and application.

Day1 Company said on Wednesday it will also recruit 100 staff through open hiring as part of the effort.

According to the company, the DAY1 AI Deployment Company is a business that connects corporate AI adoption to change and results in actual workplaces. Its core is linking the steps needed for enterprise AI transformation into a single flow, from AX diagnostics and strategy to training and change management, AI technology construction, on-site application, and operations and expansion. Through this, Day1 Company plans to expand its business beyond AI education and corporate talent development to identifying AI tasks by company, building systems and applying them on site.

SpaceY, an enterprise AX firm it recently acquired, is also part of that business expansion. Day1 Company said it has strengthened its ability to build and apply AI directly in corporate workplaces by combining its existing capabilities in AI education and talent development with SpaceY’s FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) and AI agent-based AX execution capabilities. It is pursuing a strategy of linking education, technology build-out and on-site execution to find new growth opportunities in the enterprise AX market.

Kang-min Lee (이강민), CAIO at Day1 Company, said, “Over the past more than 10 years, Day1 Company has supported individuals and companies in building new capabilities by incorporating rapidly changing technology into education.” He added, “Now, based on that experience, we will create new growth opportunities by expanding into supporting practical enterprise AI transformation.”
