KB Kookmin Bank said on Wednesday it will recruit hiring companies until Sept. 4 to participate in the '2026 KB Goodjob Busan JOB Festival'.
The fair will be held on Oct. 26 at Hall 1 of Exhibition Center 1 at BEXCO in Busan. It is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Busan Metropolitan City government and KB Kookmin Bank.
KB Kookmin Bank will provide 1 million won per employee in hiring support funds when a participating company hires full-time staff, with an annual maximum of 10 million won per company. For new loan applications, it will offer interest rate benefits of up to 1.3 percentage points per year. Companies that want to participate can apply through the KB Goodjob website.
The bank plans to provide a talent matching service linked with related institutions even after the fair ends.
A KB Kookmin Bank official said, "We plan to support job matching between local companies and job seekers through the KB Goodjob Busan JOB Festival," adding, "We will continue to support employment for young people and local talent."
