Naver Cloud said on Tuesday it will hold a "Public AI Transformation (AX) Strategy Seminar" on Aug. 13 at Seoul Dragon City and unveil 3 new Naver Works features.

The new features are "Naver AI Search" within the administrative network, the document collaboration and knowledge management service "Page", and the AI agent-building solution "EASY (Enterprise Agent Solution for You)."

Naver AI Search is a feature that links the generative AI-based conversational search service "AI Tab" in the form of an API, enabling users within the administrative network to search both the latest external information and internal ministry documents. It is scheduled to be provided this month.

Page is a service that allows multiple members to jointly write documents and accumulate the results as organizational knowledge. It can import files in various formats such as Hangul documents, Excel, Word and PDF, and can be linked with Naver Cloud's "AI Studio" to search and organize internal materials.

EASY is a solution that supports users in creating AI agents tailored to each institution's work by describing tasks in natural language. Naver Cloud is aiming for an official launch in the first half of next year and plans to support agent development for each institution through field deployment engineers (FDE) starting in September.

Naver Works is being introduced to public institutions through the "Intelligent Work Management Platform" project promoted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and the Ministry of Science and ICT. After a comprehensive evaluation of the pilot project in March, it was selected as the collaboration platform for the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

Kyungseong Min (경성민), head of product strategy at Naver Cloud, said, "We will leave finding, collecting and organizing materials to AI, and support civil servants so they can focus more on the core value of administration, which is considering policies and looking after the public."
