Binance carried out 198 feature improvements across 47 service areas, including peer-to-peer (P2P) trading, wallet and account verification, in the first half of this year based on user feedback.

Binance said on Aug. 11 it received 2,354 feedback items from users worldwide from January to June 2026 and revamped services and functions based on them.

Key areas for improvements included P2P, Binance Chat, Binance Wallet, the account user experience and navigation.

In the P2P service, it added safeguards to the payment process and introduced an appeal function that allows sellers to request a review or deletion of unfair or malicious negative reviews.

The chat and messaging function introduced this year reflected 9 improvements, including more stable message delivery, optimised notifications and image transfers within customer support chats.

Binance Wallet revamped its user interface to allow clearer confirmation of the RWUSD redemption method. It also addressed loading and freezing issues during account and know-your-customer (KYC) processes, navigation errors and page-loading problems after app updates.

It is also expanding services linked to everyday life. Binance Pay is currently connected to QR code-based national payment systems in 6 countries and plans to expand to 10 countries in the third quarter of this year. Binance Card can be used in 36 countries.

It is also continuing investment in compliance and security. Binance has handled a total of 313,653 requests from law enforcement agencies worldwide to date, processing 36,235 of them in the first half of this year alone.

Funds recovered or frozen by law enforcement agencies this year through Binance support exceeded $40 million, and the cumulative total amounts to $1.02 billion.

A Binance official said, "The platform's competitiveness lies in safe and convenient services," adding, "We will enhance convenience and trust based on our compliance and security systems."
