Toss Bank is running a six-month internship programme tied to hiring to recruit a double-digit number of server developers.

Toss Bank said on Monday it will accept applications until Aug. 17 for its Server Developer internship programme.

The internship will run for six months starting in October. Applicants who receive strong evaluations during the period will be offered a chance to convert to full-time positions.

The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, a pre-interview, a job interview, a culture interview, acceptance and compensation talks.

Successful candidates will be assigned across areas such as products, services and platforms. They will take part in developing and improving features for services currently in operation. They will also carry out development work related to the bank's main business areas, including lending, deposits, cards and asset management.

Applicants can submit their applications in a free format without a separate template. They should select one project they participated in and focus on the role they took, how they defined the problem and the process of solving it.

Eligible applicants include those expected to graduate after completing all semesters and those who have already graduated. They must be able to work full time for six months and be either entry-level or have less than 3 years of experience.

A Toss Bank official said, "We are looking for talent who will grow by experiencing the entire process of delivering functions to customers in the bank's core areas, rather than fully formed developers." The official added, "We look forward to applications from developers interested in implementing complex finance in a simple structure."
